Why EETC Exists
Creative careers can be exciting, inspiring, and deeply rewarding, but they can also feel overwhelming, uncertain, and isolating.
Many talented creatives have the passion, ability, and determination to succeed, yet often lack access to trusted guidance, professional connections, practical career education, and a supportive community.
The entertainment industry can be challenging to break into and even more challenging to navigate sustainably. Success requires more than talent. It requires access to resources, relationships, knowledge, resilience, and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
EETC was created to change that.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make high-quality industry resources, education, entertainment industry mentorship, and community more accessible to emerging creatives, regardless of financial circumstances or existing connections.
We believe creative careers shouldn’t be built alone.
Through EETC, members gain the knowledge, connections, and support needed to navigate the entertainment industry with greater confidence, clarity, and direction. EETC exists to support both the career and the person behind the creative work.

Why Jennifer Created EETC
Jennifer Briskin has spent more than 25 years helping people grow, develop, and succeed both personally and professionally.
Her career spans executive leadership, talent development, coaching, consulting, and working closely with artists, songwriters, performers, executives, and creative professionals navigating the unique challenges of building meaningful careers.
As a former Chief People Officer, leadership consultant, and coach, Jennifer has guided hundreds of individuals through career transitions, professional development, confidence-building, communication challenges, and personal growth. She has worked with creatives and professionals in Nashville, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and beyond, supporting creative career development, resilience, leadership growth, and long-term success.
Through her work with Listening Tree and the creative community, Jennifer has seen firsthand that many talented individuals struggle not because of a lack of ability, but because they lack access to trusted guidance, practical resources, meaningful connections, and supportive community.
EETC was created to help bridge that gap.
Jennifer’s vision is to create a place where emerging creatives can access the resources, relationships, education, opportunities, and support they need to build sustainable careers while remaining connected to their creativity, well-being, and purpose.
